As a nation, Côte d’Ivoire with its joie de vivre, openness and hospitality, and ability to come together to work toward a common rebuilding vision has been able to achieve some successes in spite of many challenges. The country’s policy of recovery built its foundation on public investment, and Cote d’Ivoire is looking forward to complementing this investment alongside the private sector.
Rising Ethiopia
Ethiopia is one of the fastest-growing economies in the world and the 4th largest destination of FDI in Africa. It has registered a rapid and broad based economic growth – with an average annual GDP growth of over 11% for the past twelve consecutive years. It is also one of the few countries in the continent that has successfully achieved achieved the U.N.’s Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)

The Philippines is emerging as one of Southeast Asia’s most impressive stories. With its economy projected to expand by 5.6 percent in 2024, according to the World Bank, the country ranks among the region’s strongest performers. The momentum is expected to continue with GDP growth projected between 5.5 and 5.8 percent for 2025 and approaching 6 percent in 2026—putting the Philippines on track to reach upper-middle-income status between 2026 and 2027.

Tourism, agriculture, construction and light manufacturing are the main industries in the St. Kitts and Nevis economy. Due to its small size and reliance on tourism following the 2009 global financial crisis, contracting 4.2 percent. Growth is expected to reach 3.6 percent moving forward in 2016 driven by a rebound in tourism revenues and an increase in construction.
